Senior Account Manager (m/w/d)

Practical phase in Eschborn Theory phase at the DHBW Mannheim Start of the three-year dual study is on 01.09.2026

Your vocational training is especially important for Techem! And we have a network of over 100 instructors who support us.

Your tasks – You make the difference with us: Are you interested in the real estate sector and are you looking for sound accounting & controlling know-how about energy efficiency in buildings? Then our dual study is just the right thing for you!

You will learn the basics of this at the Dual University in Mannheim, in particular in the fields of Accounting, Controlling and Accounting.

Every three months, the theory follows the practice – and you are actively engaged in our company headquarters in Eschborn, where varied phases of practice tailored to your degree and your focus are waiting for you.

In our experienced teams we support you in building expertise and specializations: For example, you work with monthly and annual accounts, first and present your own analyses and learn about qualitative and quantitative assessment methods.

Our diverse digital tools as well as your experienced colleagues support you – so that you can get ready for your dual study.

In our azuubic projects, you can take ownership. Together with the other trainees, you are responsible for the development, organisation and implementation of various projects and can thus provide real added value for the company.

Oh and by the way: Where do we actually work? Once in the office, sometimes at home, sometimes hybrid – it will be flexible for you in any case.

Your profile – This is what you enthuse us: You will bring a good general university maturity or professional college maturity.

You have good grades in mathematics and economic subjects.

You are interested in business performance indicators and business relationships.
