Conceptual and organisational support of in-house support programmes for the further development of teaching, including tender management, consultation of applicants, coordination of assessment and selection procedures, and support of the relevant bodies Advising and supporting teachers in the recruitment and implementation of teaching support measures and identifying and providing further funding opportunities for innovative teaching and learning projects Control and further development of central measures for the recognition and visibility of excellent teaching, including through the coordination of the Academic Celebration in cooperation with internal and external partners responsible support of administrative and financial processes in the field of student teaching support, including advice on tutor/internal contracts, quality assurance of accounting processes and clarification of complex individual cases Representation of the faculty in cross-faculty working groups and networks as well as participation in the development and implementation of innovative teaching and learning formats in the context of the medical faculties

Completed academic studies (master, diploma, state exams or comparable), preferably in the education, social, health, administration or humanities or a comparable subject Experience in science, university or project management and ideally knowledge in the field of teaching development, teaching promotion or quality management in studies and teaching Impressed conceptual and analytical skills as well as the joy of actively developing processes, funding instruments and innovative formats High consulting, communication and moderation competence as well as a sovereign appearance towards teachers, students, bodies and external partners Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented working methods, organisational skills, safe handling of administrative and financial processes Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
