To strengthen our team we are looking for Business Administration (m/w/d) vitesca PlusService | Full time | Location Wuppertal Your role and responsibility As an employee at vitesca menu, you will have operational and organizational responsibility for: operational location control Product and assortment development Project & Process Management Marketing & market launch You act as an interface between management, customers, QS and operational areas and ensure that products, processes and projects are implemented in a marketable, economically and qualitatively high quality.

Operational location control & leadership Operating control of vitesca PlusService locations Professional management of the site management and staff on site Development, introduction and enforcement of standards, service instructions and process specifications Planning and control of cross-site processes (e.g. service planning) Regular on-site support for project launches and new introductions Operational & Control Further development of the vitesca PlusService division Participation in sales, earnings and economic objectives deriving concrete measures from market, competition and customer analyses Product Management & Customer Responsibility Responsibility for the further development and control of product and assortment concepts (e.g. menu components, kiosk & POS concepts) Sales coordination and external service for existing & new customers Accompanying and controlling the product implementation with the customer such as the introduction of the in-house order & settlement system pay&order Project, Process and Digitization Management Control for the further development and operation of digital systems Building, standardizing and developing efficient processes Marketing, Brand & Quality Technical input for marketing and sales measures Close cooperation with quality management (QS) to ensure product, process and service standards Controlling & Organization Cost-effectiveness analyses, quotations and project evaluations Monitoring sales, contribution and project results deriving optimization and pricing measures Building efficient communication, decision and team structures Close cooperation with the management

Completed studies (BWL, Gastronomy / Food Industry, etc.) Professional experience in the food, service or GV environment Alternatively completed vocational training and multiannual experience as well as further training Basic knowledge of marketing, controlling and business development Entrepreneurial thinking and high implementation orientation Very good communication skills and secure use of digital tools
