Building expertise in artillery systems and their integration Leadership of project teams across different Rhine Metal entities and international subcontractors (m/w/d) Detection of customer requirements incl. Creation and control of specifications Application of classical systems Engineering Methods for handling technically complex projects in the predefined time and cost framework Coordination of development departments Preparation and implementation of reviews Budget and appointment responsibility of technical sizes

Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering or comparable Cross-sectional knowledge in the field of weapons system integrations of weapons stations, medium-caliber towers, mortar or artillery systems Safe handling of systems engineering methods and their application Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing High level of initiative and flexibility as well as strong communication and team skills High readiness for missions
