Strengthen our area Employer Branding in Munich (Germany) as of March 2026. You actively shape our University Marketing by:

• introduce your own ideas to inspire STEM students for Rohde & Schwarz

• supports us in formats such as excursions, trade fairs and other career events – from organization and preparation to implementation to post-processing

• assist in implementing various measures, e.g. through coordination with internal and external partners, material preparation or the creation of small communication contributions such as social media posts

• our digital employer branding supports in day-to-day business, for example by maintaining our career chatbot or monitoring and answering employer reviews on online platforms

• Continuous study of business management, communication or media science or a comparable study direction

• desire to introduce ideas and actively shape them – with curiosity and view over the edge of the plate

• Reliable, structured and independent mode of operation with a pronounced organizational design

• Communication strength and fun in dealing with people – whether at events, in cooperation or in addressing different target groups

• Structured and reliable operation – especially for conceptual tasks, strategic considerations and analyses

• Very good knowledge of German and English – for working with international colleagues and with diverse target groups
