• As a senior business analyst (m/w/d), we will support and optimise our business processes in the capital market with a focus on process governance in the line and within the framework of projects, including in your role as project management.
• Together with a cross-departmental team, you are responsible for the regulatory requirements for algorithm trading according to MiFID II and are actively involved in the management of operational risks in the capital market, in the control of the introduction of new commercial products in the new product process and in third-party access management.
• You advise our management on reports and further development options, including in your role as Chief Business Information Security Officer (C-BISO) and on changes in the operational process according to MaRisk, AT 8.2.
• They are involved in the topics of electronic communication and website use in the capital market - both from a point of view and in operational use.
• For these topics, you will cooperate with internal customers from the capital market and the organizational units of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Line (including Compliance Office, Risk Controlling, Corporate Security / IT Security, Data Protection Officers and Revision) - in this way you will promote interdisciplinary cooperation. In addition, you agree with external service providers in the context of consultations and audits (including auditors and BaFin).

This will bring you

• Successful study of economic law, economic informatics, business management, mathematics, computer science or comparable
• Multiannual professional practice, e.g. as a business analyst (m/w/d) in the capital market with reference to regulatory issues or the like for 2nd and 3rd line units or Accountants or regulators with experience in project work, ideal: experience in project management
• Well familiar with the business processes in the capital market (front to back), their regulatory framework and mapping in tools of the DZ BANK (including RSA Archer and ServiceNow) as well as their embedding in the processes of the capital markets
• Further plus: knowledge of capital market products and expertise in compliance, algorithm trading, data protection and revision
• Very good German and English in word and writing
