Responsibility for all continuous improvisation activities at the relevant locations.

Process analysis: You continuously analyze, develop and improve our processes in production and logistics.

Expert for Methods: You use targeted methods from Lean Expert, REFA and Six Sigma to optimize processes and increase efficiency.

Drivers of corporate culture: You drive our lean culture forward, train employees and carry out workshops.

Active participation: You contribute directly to the further development of the high standards and actively shape the future of our company.

Complete studies in the field of economic engineering, production, logistics or a comparable qualification.

Alternatively, a technical or commercial training with a further training in lean or process management.

Professional experience in the production or logistics environment, ideally with direct reference to the shopfloor.

Current knowledge of German and English.
