Control of market communication Strom & Gas: Ensuring the timely and correct processing of all processes according to the requirements of the German Federal Network Agency (e.g. GPKE, GeLi Gas, WiM, MaBiS). Processing of interchangeable processes and master data maintenance: notifications and terminations, change of suppliers, maintenance of market and measurement location data for all companies of the ENNI Group Monitoring and clearing of messages: monitoring of electronic data exchange (EDI/EDIFACT), analysis of errors and clarification with market partners. Implementation of regulatory changes: monitoring of format and process changes including tests and rollouts. Interface management: cooperation with IT and external service providers to ensure smooth data flows between systems (SAP IS-U, S/4HANA, B2BbyPractice, etc.). Quality assurance and reporting: : Maintenance of critical master data, definition of test rules, KPI-based monitoring, audit-proof documentation. Project work: participation in digitalization and transformation projects in the energy sector. Process optimization & automation: Identification of bottlenecks and implementation of Quick‐Wins – together with IT, specialist areas and service providers. Knowledge management: creation of guides/work instructions and short trainings for colleagues to make representations and handovers smooth.
Multiannual experience in market communication electricity/gas (GPKE/GeLi Gas, WiM, MaBiS) and in interchangeable/stem data processes. routine in the EDI/EDIFACT environment and AS4/B2B gateway operation incl. Monitoring and error clearance. Very good knowledge of SAP IS‐U & S/4HANA Utilities, ideally IDEX Common Layer; safe in tests, message simulation and Go‐Lives. analytical, structured operation with end-to-end process and deadline focus; document-proof, team- and service-oriented. Communication strength for cooperation with network partners, service providers, sales, billing and IT. German very safe in word and writing (min. C1), English of advantage.
