Processes are the backbone of our company. The upcoming SAP transformation gives us the unique opportunity to redesign our process landscape: simpler, more robust, more efficient. For this, we develop the basics for good process management in the BPMO together with the departments, but we also implement end-to-end projects for process integration. The entrepreneurial perspective is always leading. WAS DICH ERWARTET With the experts from our departments a deep into the business processes Show that process documentation in SAP Signavio makes complex processes accessible and manageable Develop process KPIs and use analytics functions to identify potential improvements in our processes Examine the subproject management in a process improvement project Train your moderation skills in workshops with specialist areas

DESHALB PASST YOU TO UNS You study economic engineering, business informatics, BWL or a comparable study programme You are interested in analytical, pay-driven problems You are able to present complex topics and to win competitors In the best case, you have already gained first experience (theoretical or practical) in process management You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
