We are looking for the Department of Urban Development and Building Law II (External City Area) on 1st. Part-time, fixed-term The body is for the first time fixed as parental leave for 2 years and is available in part-time at 27.3 hours (70 %). The Department of Urban Planning, Environment, Building Law, consisting of five departments, performs with a total of 100 employees extensive tasks in the fields of urban planning, building law, conservation of monuments, municipal climate protection, chimney sweeping, housing promotion and environmental law and industrial supervision. The Department of Urban Construction and Building Law II works for the outer city area of Ulm (localities, Eselsberg, Michelsberg, Böfingen, Wiblingen and more.) area-related tasks in the field of urban planning (committal construction planning) as well as the tasks of the lower building authority (building permit procedure). Payment is made up to 11 TVöD.

Your tasks: independent audit and decision regarding projects subject to approval (building permits, disclosures, extensions, modification and addition permits, construction decisions, construction loads, etc.) Examination and decision on objections within the building permit procedure (neighbourhood, adjacent land, etc.) Examination and processing of complaints and appeals (instructions, contradictions, complaints, requests for urgent action, petitions, standards control procedures, procedures under the National Information Freedom Act) Compilation of separate notifications (e.g. pre-requests, deviations, exceptions, exemptions) binding response to requests for general legal questions outside of procedures and general construction advice (e.g. in the “CitizenService Building”) service Changes to the subject are reserved.

Your profile: completed studies Public Management (Bachelor of Arts) or Diplom-Administrator*in (FH) or comparable qualification well-founded legal knowledge in these areas, in particular in building law and general administrative law, ideally also in building police and illegality law independent, service-oriented and clearly structured operation Joy in working in a team, strong team competence and communication skills Persuasion and enforcement, negotiation skills and decision-making and high performance secure oral and written expressability high EDV affinity to effectively support workflows via the specialist procedure
