WER WIR SIND: The Architecture and Construction Group is responsible for the new development and inventory optimization of structural and technical requirements for the operation of all clinics within the ASKLEPIOS Group.

For the realization of demanding, nationwide construction projects in the healthcare sector at the Hamburg site, we are looking for a

Own-responsible commercial organization and management of construction projects in cooperation with the project managements incl. Project controlling Preparation and participation in the annual economic planning for the construction projects Process control incl. production of fee invoices KB Bau in cooperation with project management Performance calculation for a subarea Further development of performance calculation at project level for the whole area, monthly evaluations and ad hoc analyses

Studies in business or commercial training with multi-year professional experience Ideally, you have knowledge of the commercial handling of infrastructure and construction projects Very good MS Office knowledge in particular Excel and SAP knowledge would be advantageous You are looking forward to working in a team and cohesion among your colleagues: You are characterized by a responsible, cost-conscious, independent and result-oriented working method and problem-solving competence Flexibility in thinking and acting, analytical thinking and sense of responsibility A strong communication skills in everyday work and team spirit as well as an independent, committed and responsible way of working round off your profile
