Own-sponsored creation of calculations and offers for projects in industrial and office buildings in the areas of “Technical building equipment” and “building in stock” Accompanying and tracking the offers to ensure the timely follow-up scaling Examination and evaluation of tenders, performance directories and customer requirements in the field of facility management and subsequent costing of personnel, materials and subcontractors Collection and evaluation of offers of external service providers and suppliers

Technical training, e.g. as an electrician/electronic engineer/plant mechanic with further qualification as a technician/master or alternatively a technical study in the field of civil engineering / technical building equipment Ideally with multi-year professional experience in a comparable position Good knowledge of RIB iTWO and safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Analytical thinking, self-structured working methods and pronounced cost awareness German knowledge at least C1
