And here you come in. As a BEM representative m/w/d, you will advise and accompany your colleagues on the topic of operational reintegration. How exactly? You coordinate and implement appropriate measures for reintegration. The coordination and convening of your integration team are also your tasks. You are characterized by social pedagogical skills and an economic understanding. You can easily see what measures can actually be implemented due to economic viability.

You found yourself in the description?

• You have several years of professional experience in enterprise integration management
• You are interested in severely disabled people (Inclusion Office, Integration Service, Disabled Representation).
• You already have basic skills in the field of occupational safety, wage billing, and social law (SGB IX)
• You are redirecting discreetly and strictly confidentially with all data arising in the BEM process
• You have joy in dealing with people and have an objective judgment
• You can safely use MS Office applications and SAP
• You are known for your independent, structured and reliable operation
• You'll show your willingness to travel
• You speak English for negotiation
