As a team manager*in the field of growth analytics, you play a key role in developing our data-driven growth strategies. Together with your team, you drive data-based decision-making processes, build bridges between different business areas, and combine analytical excellence with entrepreneurial thinking. Leadership & Development: You take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of your team and continuously develop structures, processes and individual strengths. In doing so, you promote an environment of self-responsibility, professional excellence and growth.

Strategic Impact: You work closely with the Business Line teams and our Executive Leadership to deliver data-based policy bases. You advise on strategic growth levers and prioritise relevant projects together with stakeholders.

Analysis & Insights: Together with your team, you carry out deep analysis based on centrally available metadata. It derives sound business insights and action recommendations that help to control our growth strategy – always in line with existing metrics and data standards.

Stakeholder communication: You translate complex analyses into action-relevant recommendations that are both operational and strategic. You understand data-based insights to communicate effectively to different target groups.

Team-wide cooperation: You work closely with other analytics teams as well as central functions such as finance, pricing or product, making a company-wide impact of data-driven initiatives.

Complete study with analytical or economic focus (e.g. BWL, VWL, Data Science, Business Informatics or Similar)

Multiannual professional experience in the analytics environment (at least 4 years), ideally with leadership responsibility

Experience in stakeholder management and translation of analytical findings in business decisions

Very good knowledge of SQL and Excel; Experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI or Looker

German and English language skills in word and writing
