✓ Leading initial discussions and regular consultations with participants ✓ Advising participants on professional alternatives and career opportunities ✓ Advising participants to deal with health restrictions and diseases ✓ Evaluation of medical advice to support professional perspective planning ✓ Support and advise team members on medical issues ✓ Cooperation with health insurance companies, pension insurance companies and the specialist services of the Federal Employment Agency ✓ Documentation of consulting procedures, assessments and relevant measures

Your profile

✓ A completed study of human medicine ✓ A completed training in occupational medicine ✓ Embossed communication capability ✓ High team capability ✓ Embossed empathy in dealing with participants ✓ Ability to evaluate advice from different groups of people ✓ Self-employed and structured work ✓ The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
