Procurement Business Analyst part-time (m/f/d)

Management of administrative tasks in purchasing, such as creating and maintaining contracts, obtaining contract signatures from suppliers and internal and external correspondence Creation of orders (POs) for direct and indirect materials as well as services and completion of orders Installation of new suppliers in SAP and internal coordination with the financial department Editing everyday problems related to invoices (Esker) Supporting the team by consolidating and preparing KPIs, key figures and overviews Creation or modification of purchase information records (Info Records) as required Installation of material numbers in SAP for indirect materials Examination of order confirmations for indirect materials Change of prices in the system on request of buyers Management and Optimization of Power-BI Reporting Tool Monitoring and maintenance of the price lists of co-packers (living/order manufacturers) Supporting the purchasing organisation in achieving its goals and targets and supporting the overarching JL-EMEA sourcing strategy Continuous improvement of working methods (“Brilliant Basics”), for example by more efficient methods of data processing and evaluation (KI/Power BI), in close cooperation with other departments and purchasing JL EMEA First point of contact for IT systems and participation in the improvement of processes Support for management in the care and development of supplier relationships Support in the preparation and implementation of team and project meetings, conferences and supplier/company visits Processing of specific internal and external correspondence on request of Procurement Manager (PM) Support in observing market conditions and trends and compiling reports on request from buyers Supporting buyers to implement new ideas, savings and investments in cooperation with other departments Support for activities in the complaint system and ensuring the topicality of the relevant data Maintenance and monitoring of the technical matrix, the audit report overview and the overview of supplier evaluation Maintenance and monitoring of supplier certification overview Management of the emergency supplier list and ensuring that it is always up to date Conduct of analyses on request of buyers Part-time 20 h/week

First professional experience in the commercial sector Good to flowing English and German skills in word and writing Careful and accurate functioning as well as good organizational and communicative skills Commercial understanding and strong business skills Individual initiative, independent and flexible working and proactive action Team capability and willingness to cooperate in virtual teams Knowledge in handling IT systems and tools, e.g. SAP, Interspec, MS Office, Power BI and other systems used in the future
