The clinic is located directly on the Rhine and specializes in surgery, orthopaedics and internal medicine. Around 640 employees provide over 41,000 patients each year, both inpatient and outpatient. The clinic is certified as a spinal column specialist centre as well as as as an EndoProthetikZentrum der Maximumversorgung. Other focal points of the house are minimally invasive surgery, gastroenterology as part of visceral medicine, cardiology and HNO.

Responsive support of the clinic management: You support the clinic management in all essential aspects of the operational and strategic day-to-day business and take responsibility for tasks, topics, departments and special projects. Own responsibility: You take over the technical and organizational management for the areas of secretariats, social services and archives, coordinate cooperation, develop processes and ensure a reliable service and support structure for the location. Structured project management: You manage and coordinate cross-clinic projects, manage relevant work packages independently and help to implement change and development processes at the site in a sustainable manner. Connecting communication and interface management: You act as a central interface between clinic management, specialist departments, professional groups and external partners, coordinate coordination and ensure clear, binding communication. Analytical basis of decision: You evaluate business performance indicators, interpret them in the context of location control and support clinic management in controlling, budget planning and economic issues. You have successfully completed university studies, for example in health management, business management, medicine, law, or a related area. You bring several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in hospital management, in the healthcare industry or in the direct vicinity of a management. You have already taken on first professional leadership responsibility and understand the binding coordination of topics, tasks and participants. You have practical experience in project management and the independent management of projects – preferably in hospital or healthcare. You have pronounced analytical skills and can safely evaluate and interpret business performance indicators, budgets, processes and economic considerations. You think structured, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial, keep track of complex issues and work reliably and independently. You convince with very good communication and presentation skills, high social competence and a professional appearance in exchange with different professional groups and hierarchical levels.
