Industrial Mechanic - Setter / Maintenance (m/f/d)

Through preventive maintenance and maintenance, you ensure the smooth operation of our modern packaging systems. In case of malfunctions, you systematically go to troubleshooting, analyze the causes and eliminate them independently to minimize downtime. You carry out planned remodelling work on the machines and start operating new plants or formats after successful test runs. The monitoring of quality standards as well as the precise installation and conversion of packaging machines are your daily task. Together with the team, you will participate in projects for the continuous optimization of plants and processes and bring your technical ideas into play.

You have a completed training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronic or in a comparable technical profession. You already have professional experience in the maintenance or installation of production facilities, ideally in the food or packaging industry. When a plant is stationary, you go analytically to troubleshooting and find pragmatic solutions to keep production running. You work carefully as well as quality consciously and are a reliable team player on which your colleagues can rely. The work in the shift system, even on weekends, is of course for you. You speak German fluently to communicate with your team and documentation.
