Integration Educator / Special Needs Teacher (f/m/d) All-Day Primary School

Berlin Spandau | in part time with 30 hours per week We are young people in the Kiez – youth assistance gGmbH, short “Juwo”, a recognized freelance from Berlin with over 80 educational projects and areas of application. We are professionals, both colourful and, if necessary, critical and courageous when it comes to the development and rights of children, young people and their families. In order to expand our team, we are looking for an integration educator:in / special education:in / Heilpädagog:in (m/w/d) for the Open Full-Day (OGB) with a reliable half-day primary school (VHG) and supplementary support (eFöB) at the Lynar school. Primary school (6 hours/week). Both schools are located in Berlin – Spandau. The offers of both schools are aimed at all pupils:inside and their families, the focus of the job is on inclusion in school. In the Lynar School, our focus is on the support of the pupils: in the beginning of school (1st and 2nd year of school). In the post-school area we serve approx. 210 children of different nationalities aged 5 to 12. In the 32nd primary school, our focus is on the support of the pupils: in the course of teaching, as well as on the support of division and class groups. In the afternoon area of the eFöB we have accompanied 30-40 children pedagogically in the first year. Our school started 24/25 with two homogeneous 1st classes. For the school year 25/26, four JüL classes are created. The school will then systematically grow up.

a state recognition as a medical education teacher:in / special education:in / rehabilitation education:in or a comparable degree as an educator:in / social education specialist with training for integration educators:in is a prerequisite, such as childhood education, education, social work German language skills at level C1 are also mandatory with people you can easily get in touch and contribute to cooperative working relationships, especially with teachers: In your attitude and working methods, intercultural competence, appreciation and openness reflect on young people and young adults You are open to school They work structured, independent and have a safe occurrence They want to introduce themselves with their personal strengths, skills and ideas They are mainly available in the afternoon area, i.d. the working hours are between 10 and 16:30

Remuneration: Our salary system is coordinated with the works council and corresponds to the pay tables of the TV-L in the Land of Berlin.
