The Schön Klinik Institut für Psychotherapie is a state-approved training facility for the training of psychological psychotherapists with the deepening of behavioral therapy and teaches theoretical and practical basic knowledge in scientifically recognized psychotherapeutic procedures of behavioral therapy. The technical expertise and commitment of our psychologists in training and their supervisors allows to offer specialized therapy concepts for various mental and psychosomatic diseases in outpatient settings. From 01.05.2025 we are looking for a working student (w/m/d) in part-time (20 hours), for the training outpatient of our state-approved training institute Schön Klinik Institut für Psychotherapie (SKIP) at the Rosenheim site. Discharge in the day-to-day operating business in the practice organisation and the practice management at the outpatient clinic (release of the health card, appointment arrangements, postal administration, document care) Pre- and post-graduate courses in cooperation with training and organisation management Working in Quality Management: Evaluation of the Evaluations of Teaching, Therapy and Ambulance Processes Creating reports and evaluating statistics Working with the digitalization of our processes Contact person and organizational support for our PiAs (Psychotherapists in training)

Students enrolled in the advanced Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Health Management, Health Management, Health Psychology or similar courses Curiosity and openness for people with mental illnesses No fear of contacting our patients, employees and executives Reliability, conscientiousness and a high degree of customer and service orientation Organized, proactive and independent working, embedded in a small, collegial team Responsive and discreet handling of sensitive information Interest in evidence-based work, basic knowledge of methodology Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams) Secure German knowledge in word and writing
