♪ Your tasks

• You help our customers structure their everyday life – without a lancing clock, but with a plan.
• You support maintaining a well-maintained living space (no worries, you are not a cleanser – rather a motivational coach with expertise).
• You'll go to the authorities and take light into the form leak.
• Together they develop individual help plans based on the BEI_NRW.
• In the reference care, you conduct supporting conversations.
• A week a month you take the call readiness (16:30 – 08:00). Don't worry – no permanent telephone marathon.

♪ Your profile

• A completed 3-year training as a nurse (or equivalent training)
• In addition, two years of experience in psychiatric care or a corresponding specialist training
• empathy, self-employment and the ability to meet people at eye level
• Driving license class B (we are mobile in the district of Mettmann, Ratingen, Wuppertal and Heiligenhaus traveling)
• The heart at the right place – inclusion and self-determination are not buzzwords for you, but a posture.
