Own budgeting and settlement of third-party funding projects Maintenance and creation of all required master data of third-party funding projects Supporting and consulting the project managers during project processing Control of compliance with budgets and legal requirements as well as balancing of budget consumption in the projects and call-off, where appropriate Creation of numerical evidence Collection and preparation of key figures and personnel statistics Support of project managers in the preparation of evaluations Controlling the associated projects Administration and management of projects in the field of internal research funding programmes Maintenance of data in the databases

Qualified business degree, e.g. business studies or completed commercial vocational training including relevant professional experience in the commercial sector; also suitable for graduates of the ''Gehobener Verwaltungsdienst - Public Management (focus on business and finance)' degree programme, general financial management, business administration or a comparable degree programme Good accounting knowledge and good IT skills (MS Office, SAP knowledge of advantage) Knowledge of the handling of legal regulations, especially in the UStG, LHO, LHG Practical experience in managing third-party funding projects is desirable Reliable, efficient and independent working and communication-friendly person who likes to work in the team
