You develop and manage target-group-specific, brand-compliant campaigns along the entire customer journey - focusing on o2 TV. From new customer acquisitions to customer retention to recovery measures, you will ensure consistent, cross-channel implementation. Through sound analysis, you continuously opt for campaign performance and work closely with internal interfaces and external partners to successfully implement innovative and effective digital measures.

• campaigns: You design and control target-group-specific, brand-compliant campaigns along the entire customer journey - focusing on o2 TV. From new customer acquisitions to customer retention to winback measures, you can ensure consistent and effective implementation across all touchpoints

• Optimation: Through sound analyses and meaningful reporting, you evaluate the performance of ongoing measures and conduct specific optimizations. You implement data-based insights into effective concepts and measures

• Concept: You take over the planning and design of campaigns in close coordination with B2C Brand & Marketing Communications and other departments

• Innovation: You are happy to go new ways in existing customer communication, develop innovative approaches and implement creative solutions for digital actions

• Stakeholder Management: You work closely with internal departments as well as external agencies and successfully manage the campaigns to complete

That's what you bring

• A completed study of #BWL, #Marketing, #Communication Sciences or comparable training
• Long-standing professional experience in the fields of #dialog marketing, #CRM, #e-mail marketing, #project and campaign management - ideally on the company and agency side
• A strong understanding of different #target groups and extensive experience in implementing successful campaigns along the entire #Customer Journey
• Creativity and experience in the development of complex #communication solutions and in collaboration with internal and external #service providers
• Industry knowledge of #telecommunication and experience in marketing #streaming and #video-on-demand products
• Very good #German and #English
