Project and Quality Manager (m/f/d)

You are a central contact person (m/w/d) for order-specific quality issues internally and externally and participate in in interdisciplinary status rounds Develop and define quality and test planning concepts for new developments, ongoing orders and changes The implementation of quality contract checks (e.g. QSB code, QSV) as well as the coordination with customers (m/w/d) and suppliers (m/w/d) are part of your responsibility In the case of internal quality problems and customer complaints, you will analyze the causes, manage measures and ensure sustainable improvements together with the specialist areas. You define quality management plans and test methods, analyze measurement results for new approaches and coordinate necessary measures Preparing quality talks, conducting these sovereign and monitoring the effectiveness of measures initiated You coordinate initial sampling including the scope and customer acceptance Interne Audits accompany you and report relevant key figures to the Quality Management Officer (m/w/d) As an interface between customers (m/w/d), specialist departments and suppliers (m/w/d), you also make quality decisions in border and special cases within the scope of applicable guidelines Develop existing methods, methods and test equipment Continue and initiate CSDP measures

You have completed university studies in a technical field Multiannual professional experience (at least three years) in quality management bring you with You have successfully completed an additional training to the QM manager An independent, structured and proactive way of working as well as your pronounced solution orientation You convince by communication strength, moderation and team capacity – even in complex coordination processes with different interests Technical knowledge we require You have experience in handling common QM tools as well as AQAP 2110 Good knowledge of English in word and writing complete your profile
