In both roles you make a decisive contribution to stable financial structures and sound management decisions. Whether you are responsible for monthly and annual accounts according to HGB, actively shaping processes in accounting, or as a business partner of management, taking control for several countries – you work closely with Finance Managers and Accountants and bring your expertise, self-initiative and clear insight into an international environment that evaluates your expertise. Accounting Compilation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts by HGB Implementation of ongoing accounting including Recording and accounting of all business incidents Booking of periodical delimitations, provisions, depreciations and impairments Creation of sales tax pre-registrations and processing of tax issues Debitor and creditor management incl. Bank accounts Preparation of monthly wage and salary bills Contact person*in for accounting questions and auditors Controlling Creation, analysis and further development of monthly reports, key figures and ad hoc evaluations Responsibility for budget, forecast and investment planning incl. Budget monitoring Analysis of deviations and identification and implementation of cost savings potentials Business Partner for Management and Departments in Germany and abroad Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual accounts and audits Continuous further development of controlling instruments and systems

Successfully completed commercial training or an economic study with a focus on finance/controlling, ideally complemented by a further education on the account book holder (depending on the specialist focus) Multiannual professional experience in finance, with a focus on accounting (including accounting according to HGB) or controlling Very good analytical skills as well as a structured, careful and process-oriented operation Safe handling of MS Office; depending on the role, especially Excel / Power BI / Access Very good communication skills in German and English for cooperation with international colleagues Team spirit, initiative and interest in developing processes actively
