To the next possible date we are looking for a Senior Consultant (m/w/d) that strengthens our IT service team for two years.

First-level support Consumption and processing of IT requests Support for employees in hardware and software problems Maintenance and updating of IT documentation Documentation of network components, system configuration and IT processes Follow-up of changes to IT infrastructure and assets Processing of tickets in the IT service management system Classification, Priority and Tracking of Tickets Ensuring a timely and quality-assured processing Management and maintenance of the IT inventory Collection, assignment and tracking of IT hardware and software Support in the procurement and extraction of IT equipment

Successfully completed vocational training as a specialist in system integration or comparable technical training Knowledge of administration and support of common Microsoft operating systems and applications

Understanding network architectures, in particular in the areas of LAN, VLAN and WAN Experience in IT Security / Firewalls / Endpoint Protection desirable Class B valid driving permit Self-responsible, efficient and structured operation Flexibility, sense of responsibility and strong team spirit Organisational capacity, service orientation and safe and competent occurrence Confidentiality and professional handling of sensitive data
