Neckar-Alb is a regional rail transport project that connects the towns and municipalities of the Neckar-Alb region through a two-system city railway. Support in the preparation, implementation and documentation of procurement and tenders correspondence with tenderers, suppliers, offices or service providers Electronic archiving and legally secure maintenance of the award documents Filing and archiving of contracts Support of the Organisation Department for Administrative Tasks to ensure a smooth operation of the daily operations

Continuous studies, e.g. law, administration, education or similar First points of contact with the procurement law or public budgetary law are advantageous Safe handling of MS Office and ideally first experiences with E-vergabeplattformen or DATEV A careful, structured way of working and enjoying organizational tasks
