The Naturland e.V. was founded at the turn of the year 1982/1983 by ten pioneers and is today the largest international eco-label. Almost 120,000 farmers in more than 60 countries in the world are shaping the ecological transformation of the world together. In Germany and Austria alone, more than 7,000 organic farms belong to this community. The majority of natural land farmers are organized in small-scale cooperatives and producer groups.

Organisation and coordination of voluntary meetings and events, in particular meeting members and board meetings Participation in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of the Delegated Assembly Support for the organisation and support of the Naturland e.V. Further development of committee work in the areas of event formats, digital cooperation and internal communication Examination and processing of expenditure compensation and travel cost accounting for volunteers Care and management of committee, member and event data in the internal databases

Complete training in event management or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in organizing and performing events, ideally in presence, hybrid and digital formats Experience in cooperation with volunteers, bodies or member organisations, preferably in the association or non-profit environment German language skills and good English skills (at least level B2) Self-contained, structured and reliable operation with pronounced organisational skills Joy in cooperation with a wide range of people and a high level of communication and team skills
