(Senior) Specialist Loan Processing (m/f/d)

Responsibility of complex problem credit commitments: You take over the independent control and processing of demanding and risk-bearing credit commitments in the status settlement. In doing so, you are responsible for the development of viable solution strategies with the aim of reducing credit risks and sustainably minimising debt losses. Development and implementation of workout strategies: You independently develop refurbishment and recovery strategies as well as settlement concepts and are responsible for their implementation. You assess economic, legal and regulatory frameworks and make informed decisions even in complex case constellations. Negotiations at decision-making level: You conduct challenging negotiations with borrowers, shareholders, consultants, insolvency administrators, investors as well as other relevant stakeholders and consistently and solution-oriented the interests of the bank. As a recognized specialist for problem credits, internal decision-makers advise on complex credit issues and actively contribute your expertise to the further development of professional standards, guidelines and processes. You also promote the professional integration of employees and the knowledge transfer within the team.

Found experience in problem loan business: You have a degree in economics or legal sciences, a professional training course or a comparable qualification. In addition, you will have many years of experience in credit processing or refurbishment of complex corporate customer engagements. High credit and legal expertise: You have a well-founded knowledge of the company's customer credit business as well as practical experience in bankruptcy law and in the exploitation of complex credit collateral. Expressed judgment and decision-making power: In particular, You analyze complex issues quickly and structured, make resilient decisions and take responsibility for their implementation. Negotiation and enforcement: You stand up securely and bindingly and understand how to act professionally and targeted even in challenging conversation situations.
