Inside Sales Manager - B2B Sales / Customer Service (m/f/d)

IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container) is produced and reconditioned at the Mendig site with about 100 employees.

Accounting and further development of existing customers (share-of-wallet growth, cross-selling, margin management) Proactive acquisition of new small customers by phone or video Creation of offers and prices and processing of inquiries Processing of quality complaints Care and documentation of all activities in CRM Market Research Implementation of Web and LinkedIn research Analysis of markets and competitors Qualification and Management of Leads in CRM Support for selected marketing initiatives Implementation of various customer surveys Updating and maintaining the Share-of-Wallet database Support for the external service (ASM)If necessary, especially during travel activities of the external service:Support for the creation of offers, certificates and price lists Provision of technical and commercial information

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a comparable area or equivalent relevant professional experience 3- 5 years of professional experience in sales outside service, customer service, customer management or sales Experience in the sale of industrial packaging desirable Very good English proven in practice Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as an independent and service-oriented manner customer support; capable of expanding and expanding long-term trusted business connections Safe handling of the Microsoft Office Suite Good technical understanding, interest in a comprehensive product portfolio used in many industries Advanced understanding of CRM and ERP systems
