Secure and coordinate property rights: Preparing, implementing and controlling essential and other safeguards of the facilities of the special purpose association JenaWater including negotiation, calculation and payment of compensation and conclusion of relevant contracts Basic acquisition processes: taxes on basic acquisition, sale and changes – from preparation to contract design to implementation

Comprehensive property management: care for all associations, including verification of basic tax decisions, management and handling of lease contracts and correspondence with owners, users, authorities and courts Professional contractual and communication activities: Creating, guiding and unwinding the entire correspondence with all parties - legally safe, efficient and service-oriented Technical advice and committee work: advice of the departments and the creation of decision bases or Templates for the bodies of the Association of Purposes

Notary staff or lawyers employed or comparable training Knowledge of property and land register law and property Advanced knowledge of civil and public law as well as relevant professional experience in real estate A careful and structured way of working and a strong understanding of legal relationships Communication strength, joy at work in the team and high self-responsibility Versified handling of Microsoft 365 and electronic file management driving licence class B
