Project Manager Construction / Construction Project Specialist (m/f/d)

Activity description:

For our German headquarters in Düsseldorf or remote in Germany we are looking for a project manager (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Support in planning, implementation and documentation of construction projects and monitoring of project progress. Coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. architects, engineers, contractors). Ensuring quality, safety and compliance standards as well as carrying out construction site visits and inspections. Participation in budgeting, cost control, procurement and risk management. Creating reports and presentations as well as using digital tools (e.g. BIM, project management software) to increase efficiency and transparency.

Your profile:

Complete studies in civil engineering, architecture or industrial engineering (construction). 1–3 years of experience in construction project management and basic understanding of construction processes and project planning. Strong organizational and communicative skills; safe handling of MS Office (PM tools of advantage). Team-oriented, proactive mode of operation with agile thinking, high detail accuracy and pronounced problem-solving competence. Flowing German and English knowledge at least on B2 level Readiness to travel throughout Germany (up to 70%).
