In this position, you assume a central function at the interface between internal service management, management and operational daily business. They not only support the management of the internal service, but also represent it in terms of content as personally. In addition, you are actively involved in the project organization and are driving forward internal structures and organisational developments. In doing so, you will intensively work with the management to learn from it and gradually relieve them. Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with further training (e.g. farmer:in, specialist:in) Professional experience in the field of internal services, project coordination or comparable function High level of initiative and sense of responsibility Structured, practice-oriented mode of operation – with a sense of the essence Communication strength and the ability to constructively go into discussions Joy of cooperation with different departments and hierarchical levels First leadership experience or the potential to take over leadership responsibility
