Number: MER0003G06 The ITO/CP - Shopfloor Data Platform and Products team is responsible for the design, implementation and operation of production-related data platforms and data products in the global Mercedes-Benz AG plants. In an international and demanding environment, we are responsible for IT solutions for data and IT products based on them in production plants and other corporate properties. These challenges include: Integration into various IT applications in the productive environment in raw construction, surface and assembly Support in div. Components for above-mentioned applications e.g. ElasticSearch, K8s, Scripting with Ansible, Monitoring in Grafana/Prometheus or Checkmk ... Programming in div. Microsoft Azure Cloud Services. For example with Python Create / expand user documentation, release notes and training documents Conception, scheduling, performing and logging of test scenarios for applications Increase the visibility of the described applications by maintaining sharepoint information, GitHub Pages, News Blogs,...

Course in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Technology, Vehicles & Engine Technology or related fields German and English skills recommended Knowledge of script languages (Bash, Python, JavaScript) Experience with Linux systems, Git knowledge, requirement and test management of advantage High readiness, self-motivation and self-employment in working, analytical thinking Representative team and enthusiasm, interest in in interdisciplinary and application-oriented production-oriented work Additional information: Of course, without formalities, we are not.
