What you are moving with us

Maintenance & maintenance: regular performance of tests and maintenance work on electrical and TGA equipment; supporting activities in the area of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary technology and safety systems Repairs & installations: Execution of electrotechnical repairs and smaller installation work in technical building equipment Organization & Coordination: Monitoring, instruction and coordination of external craft firms and service providers in major maintenance, testing or projects Building & Security: Ensuring the general operational safety, control of rooms and external installations and reading and documenting consumption values Documentation: Maintenance of operating books, material lists and technical records on measures carried out Contact person on site: Function as the first point of contact for craftsmen and external service providers on the premises.

What we do

Complete vocational training in the field of electrical engineering, e.g. as an electronics technician:in for energy and building technology, electrical installer:in or comparable qualification Knowledge of electrical engineering and basic knowledge of TGA areas (heating, ventilation, climate, sanitary facilities) Experience in maintenance, testing and maintenance of building equipment Safe handling of technical documentation and operating documents as well as basic understanding of legal regulations, standards and safety regulations (e.g. VDE guidelines) Handicraft skill and solution-oriented operation Independent, reliable and responsible work Communication and team skills in dealing with colleagues, external service providers and craftsmen Good knowledge of German in word and writing
