You take a key role in our Controlling & Finance team with a strong focus on strategic planning, analysis and business partnering. These tasks shape your working day: Planning & Budgeting: You are responsible for the entire budgeting and planning process. You develop complex financial models and ensure precise management of the company Forecasting & Business Partnering: You control the rolling forecasts and act as a strategic business partner with the specialist areas and top management Scenarios & Strategy: You carry out challenging scenario analyses and simulations, and you can derive stressable policy bases for strategic initiatives (e.g. business cases) Reporting & Automation: You design and optimise management reports for the C level and drive the automation of our reporting landscape continuously Proactive analyses: You identify autonomous optimization potentials, develop deep ad hoc analyses and translate them into concrete action recommendations Mentoring: As an experienced:r Colleague:in you create transparency, question the status quo strategically and share your knowledge to promote the development of junior team members

You have a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Economics, Finance, Controlling or a comparable field and a strong interest in controlling and finance processes You bring a profound (ideally multi-year) professional experience in the field of FP&A, controlling or corporate finance – preferably in a dynamic environment (e.g. Grown-up, E-Commerce, FMCG) You are an expert in financial modelling, complex data analysis and responsible management of budgeting processes You master Excel in sleep and have knowledge in Microsoft Power BI and SQL. Practical experiences with databricks or other programming languages (e.g. Python) are a plus You have a strong business partner mentality: You think strategically, have a strong understanding of business and can present and argue complex situations according to the recipient (up to C level) You think analytically and can translate complex data into concrete action recommendations A high self-initiative, hand-on mentality and pronounced communication skills are of course for you You enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and taking responsibility
