Senior Commercial Performance Manager / P&L Owner (m/f/d)

In this role, you are responsible for the development and control of profitability along the entire value chain. You create transparency about earnings contributions, define economic targets and make sure You are implemented in the company. You develop a comprehensive P&L logic along the value chain and create transparency about revenue, costs and margins You define KPIs and target values to control profitability You identify value drivers and loss fields and take concrete measures You evaluate initiatives, business models and measures in terms of profitability You actively demand the implementation of defined target sizes and are challenging decisions in sales and in adjacent areas You work closely with pricing, sales, performance and IT/BI and translate analyses into concrete control impulses You moderate target conflicts between growth and profitability

Language required: German flowing (C2 or higher), English Basic knowledge (B2) Multiannual experience in Commercial Excellence, Controlling, Strategy or Pricing Strong understanding of P&L logic, value drivers and commercial models Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills Experience in stakeholder management and enforcement of measures Ability to translate complex relationships into clear decisions High ownership and structured functioning
