As part of the further development in the company, we are looking together with our client for a shift ladder (m/w/d) with background from metalworking or metal finishing. In this key role you guide the team in production and ensure a smooth run in 2-shift operation.

You have a training of metalworking (coating, tinting, electroplating or similar) or experience in production and are open to a new professional challenge? Then we look forward to contact you. Complete technical training (e.g. metal technology, surface technology, etc.) and/or experience in operating machines in a production plant First management experience Hands-on mentality and organizational talent Willingness to work in 2 layers and a high sense of responsibility
