Energy monitoring and energy controlling of municipal buildings by analysis and evaluation of energy, water and operating data Monitoring consumption and performance indicators using energy controlling, monitoring and building automation systems Identification of consumables, malfunctions and energy saving potentials as well as development of measures for energy optimisation Implementation of building visits to analyse energetic vulnerabilities and to assess plant operation on site Analysis of plant and operating data of technical building equipment and support in the optimization of control and control strategies in cooperation with the colleagues of the building automation Creation of energy reports, key figures evaluations, presentations and technical analyses and decision templates for administration and policy Technical monitoring of new buildings, extension structures and refurbishment measures to ensure energy quality requirements including plausibility testing and evaluation of measurement and operating data, as well as communication and coordination of optimization potentials with the participating project participants Creation, evaluation and further development of measurement and detection concepts for energy data acquisition Analysis and evaluation of the operation of photovoltaic, BHKW and other energy-generating plants Participation in the creation of energy, CO2 and emissions balance sheets and participation in the development of energy concepts for municipal buildings

Graduate degree in Technical Building Equipment, Supply Technology, Energy Technology, Building Technology or a comparable technical discipline with the degree as a Diplom-Ingenieur*in (FH/TU), Bachelor or Master (m/w/d) Professional experience in the field of technical building equipment, energy management, building automation or a comparable technical environment is desirable Good knowledge of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration and control technology as well as a good understanding of complex energy-related relationships Interest in the analysis and evaluation of energy, operating and plant data and the identification of energy saving potentials High commitment to energy efficiency, climate protection and sustainable building Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as affinity for technical software applications and data-based evaluations Embossed analytical and conceptual skills and a structured working method Team spirit, self-initiative and a high level of sense of responsibility driving licence class 3 or B Remarkable Experience in handling energy controlling, energy management or building automation systems Experience in the technical monitoring of buildings and in the analysis and optimization of building automation systems Knowledge of how to use relevant technical applications of energy management and building automation
