You actively shape our internal communication and make sure that information is understandable, relevant and appealing to our employees. At the same time, you are a central point of contact at our site in Neuenstein and brings together communication, organization and people.

The job is possible in full-time or part-time (from about 35 hours) and the working hours are between 07:30 and 17:00.

Storytelling for our internal channels such as intranet, newsletter or social content

Prepare complex topics in a comprehensible manner and convey relevant messages to our employees

Planning and organisation of workshops, training and internal events

Central contact point at the location - reception of visitors, coordination of requests and coordination with service providers Organisation of our pool vehicles including the issue, withdrawal and documentation of vehicle use

completed commercial training, e.g. in office management, administration or comparable Experience or strong interest in internal communication and organisational work

Very good knowledge of German and a good feeling for understandable and appealing texts Safe handling of MS Office and ideally digital tools or intranet systems
