As part of a team in IT evaluate, initiate, confi­cate, maintain and monitor applications within the subgroup Diehl Defence. In this function, you perform fault analyses and take care of the corresponding error corrections (2nd level support). They support or advise the field on all issues relating to applications and coordinate projects with external service providers. Its tasks include the planning, control and implementation of application updates, as well as the documentation of all application technologies.

A completed training in the field of infor­mation or a comparable qualification is the ideal precondition for this position. They have already gained first professional experience as an application manager and are at best familiar with the processes in service management.
