To support our team, we are looking for a:n educator:in part-time with 30h by August 2026. Individual support: They care and promote the children lovingly and individually, support their social behaviour and actively support their personal development. Targeted development support: You observe the development of the children carefully, document your observations professionally and derive targeted support measures. Conceptual design: They are guided by our pedagogical concept and are committed to its further development and implementation in the KiTa everyday. Reliable parent partnership: They maintain a close, trusting educational partnership with parents and help them with advice. You plan, realize and reflect creative projects, festivals and educational offers taking into account the Hamburger educational recommendations.
