Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Ulmer Str. 2, 70771 Leinfelden-Echterdingen You are the first respondent to all your recruiting activities You accompany the setting process from the job display to the setting As part of the applicant communication and in interviews, you are looking for a successful Candidate Experience You build our Active Sourcing channels and conduct independent direct languages You are responsible for building a vast network and a long-term candidate pipeline You accompany trade fairs and events in the context of university marketing You support HR managers in day-to-day business and operational personnel management

You have a successfully completed degree in the field of business management, (economic) psychology or a comparable qualification You already have professional experience in recruiting / human resources management You draw your attention through organizational ability, independent working and commitment You have high communication and consulting skills
