IT Infrastructure Services (m/w/d)

You lead our infrastructure and IT operations team and ensure orientation, clear processes and reliable cooperation. You develop our hybrid IT architecture – stable, scalable and resistant. You are responsible for IT operations and make sure that our works can access a robust, available infrastructure at any time. You shape our cloud environment and establish a clear, effective governance. You provide platforms and services that support our digital development – from modern workplace to central basic services. You work closely with IT security, business applications and international locations and create coordinated, holistic solutions. You control external partners and ensure that quality, safety and reliability are guaranteed at any time. Business trips to European locations are part of your everyday life (no worries: we remain grounded).

You bring experience in the leadership of IT teams – clear, human and reliable. You have proven expertise in IT infrastructure, e.g. in the fields of network, server/storage or cloud. You know common frameworks like ITIL and have a good feeling for robust operating processes. You understand the requirements of a manufacturing company – ideally from the food industry. You communicate clearly, step up safely and keep calm and overview even in challenging situations. You can do German and English. You enjoy creating structures, improving processes and developing a team professionally and personally.
