Organization and coordination of daily workflows at our construction sites Technical guidance and staff allocation Self-fulfilment and monitoring of demolition, reconstruction and degeneration work Coordination with building management, contracting entities, subcontractors and other structures Ensuring professional separation and sorting of materials Control and documentation of working hours, services and construction site progress Monitoring compliance with safety, environmental and occupational health rules Responsibility for proper handling of machinery, equipment and tools Support of construction management in the preparation and processing of construction sites

Multiannual professional experience in demolition, reconstruction or construction Ideally first experience in the guidance and guidance of employees Self-employed, structured and responsible work Organisational skills, enforcement and team skills Good knowledge of the handling of demolition machines, tools and construction equipment Good knowledge of German for secure understanding and documentation at the construction site driving licence class B required; Class C or CE advantageously Qualifications in the field of asbestos or pollutant remediation, for example according to TRGS 519 or TRGS 521, are advantageous, but no requirement
