In our children's daycare centre St. Katharina in the Bockenheim district of Frankfurt, 33 children aged 1 to 3 are cared for in 3 groups. We work on the basis of the situation approach and the basic understanding of Emmi Pikler. Our open concept offers children the opportunity to make decisions and grow in their development tasks. You accompany the development of children in your group of tribes and throughout the house on the basis of the approach to the situation. With your colleagues and children, you actively participate in the day of the crib and implement educational content within the team. In the absence of the lead and control a currently 17-headed team. You will cooperate with the management to further develop the pedagogical work. You are also responsible for the technical and organizational control of the facility. You actively contribute to parental work and build an educational partnership.
