For whom we are looking

We are looking for you as a DevOps Engineer Energy Network (m/w/d) in full time for a project for contracting energy business concerns to service providers of our customer. Our customer is a well-known network operator in Hamburg.

This will bring you

• They bring a completed study in the field of computer science, business informatics, software engineering / software technology or a comparable qualification.
• They have well-founded knowledge of the development of Java or Kotlin as well as the handling of Spring Boot.
• They bring experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines – ideally with GitLab CI.
• They like to work in the DevOps environment and take responsibility for operation and further development.
• They have experience with cloud technologies, especially Microsoft Azure, and are familiar with Terraform.
• They are familiar with monitoring tools like splunk and value stable, performant systems.
• They think analytic, act solution-oriented and like to work in the agile team.
• They have ideally experience in identity & access management as well as authentication and authorization processes.

The job

• Implementation, extension, maintenance and operation of various microservices based on Java/Kotlin with Spring Boot
• Creation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines in Gitlab CI for compilation, deployments and infrastructure setup
• The team has a DevOps approach so that developers are fully involved in the life cycle of the overall application
• Set up and maintain logging, monitoring and monitoring of the various azure-based environments based on splunk
• bug analysis and repair in the services
• Create and implement Azure solution architectures to operate services by terraform
• Technical authorization management of components
• Implementation of Identity & Access Management Measures (PING/C-IAM) at Microservice Level (Authentication and Authorization)
• Building test systems within the product landscape. Creation of Unit and Integration Tests
