Quality Management Officer (QMB) (m/w/d) part-time (25-30 hours per week)

At the next time, we are looking for a motivated quality management officer (m/w/d) in parttime at the Freiburg site. On this position you will report directly to the Head of Supply Chain. Quality Management & Certification Responsibility for the entire quality management system (ISO 9001, ISO 50001) Further development and maintenance of existing certifications Adding a GFSI-certified standard (e.g. FSSC 22000, BRCGS or IFS)

Audits & Compliance Planning, implementation and supervision of internal and external audits Preparation for external certification audits Implementation of supplier audits to ensure quality requirements

Building an Integrated Management System (IMS) Development and Implementation of an IMS taking into account ISO 9001, ISO 50001 and other relevant standards Interconnection with existing corporate processes to increase efficiency

Support & cooperation with the three-headed QS team on operational quality topics Training and awareness of employees on quality issues

Professional qualifications: They have completed training or studies in the fields of chemistry, food technology, production technology, manufacturing technology, industrial engineering or comparable qualifications, as well as further training in quality management Training for the Quality Management Officer is an advantage Extensive knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 50001 and experience with GFSI standards (FSSC 22000, BRCGS, IFS) Experience in auditing (internal, external and supplier audits)

Personal competencies: Self-employed, structured working with high self-responsibility Strong communication with the ability to understand complex facts Analytical thinking and problem-solving competence

Language- & IT-Knowledge: German Language- & IT-Knowledge Safe handling of MS Office and general IT affinity
