Number: MER0003ISH Our area “Total Project Management Jawor” is responsible for building the new MB Vans production plant in Poland/Jawor. A part of the new VAN.EA vehicle generation (batterie-electric vans) is to be produced in Jawor. The work is created in close cooperation with the powertrain plant already established in Jawor and will be a combination of a Greenfield plant (new building on a new factory site) and the use of the existing plant. Our team currently consists of a Project Management Office, the subproject managers and their teams, as well as first employees at the Jawor site. The Project Management Office is responsible for coordinating and managing the entire project according to the objectives of appointments, costs, content. These challenges include: Operational support of the team e.g. qualification concept, milestone tracking, risk management Coordination of individual departments through active thematic management Implementation and preparation of interdisciplinary bodies and workshops Compilation of reporting and decision templates for bodies and management VAN Takeover of special tasks

Degree course in the field of economic engineering, mechanical engineering, economics or comparable fields of study Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint Automotive affinity and ideally practical experience in project management and strategy development Interest in project management and conceptual work High operational readiness and reliability in the work design High self-motivation and self-employment Structured operation, pronounced integration / team capacity Rapid opinion and enforcement Additional information: Of course, without formalities, we are not.
