Payroll accountant (m/f/d)

Payment: You carry out the monthly wage and salary bills and ensure the timely transfer of salaries and charges. Personnel administration and time management: You enter personal files, annual wage accounts and working time accounts and support staff management, e.g. in the event of a failure to record, with the timing system and allowances. Reporting and certification: You are receiving notifications and certificates to the authorities, social security institutions and health insurance companies. Contact person and interface: You are the first contact point for employees in matters relating to salary, wage tax and social security. Exams & votes: You prepare exams and accompany them, for example by public authorities or social security institutions. Benefits: You manage and calculate pension benefits.Process improvement: You bring ideas to optimize existing processes and develop our accounting processes.

Qualification: You have completed commercial or tax training, ideally supplemented by a further education in the field of wage accounting. Professional experience: Multiannual experience in wage accounting is desirable. Expertise: You are safe in dealing with the current labour, tax and social security law. Software knowledge: You are trained in handling MS Office and, at best, accounting software such as Diamant/4 and ADDISON SBS LOHN. Working methods: You work carefully, structured and independent and have a pronounced time management. Teamability: Reliability, Responsibility and joy in team collaboration are yours. Language skills: You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
